Awesome place with beach access, a fabulous outdoor swimming pool, and free wi-fi in rooms. I remember the staff helping me with a phone charger during my first stay. I highly recommend it. I'm coming back for a weekend!

Wonderful low cost hotel with excellent views to a lovely ocean view. Quick check in and late check out. The pool area was amazing too. Stunning location at a moderate distance from a whale museum. Reasonably priced and high quality food for breakfast.

Terrible hotel, we arrive at 2.30 and r informed we had to wait til 3pm before they could check us in. Upon checking entering our room we discover 2 doublebeds instead of a king size bed. Once we've been given a new room we enter to find it very unclean. Other peoples hairs lying in the bathroom, loads of dust and decor is very outdated! All sales/concierge staff r very pushy trying to make a sale out of u and dont seem to listen. Only thing good about this hotel is location to the beach, outdoor pool and fitness centre. Everything else is terrible! Just didnt feel comfortable especially due to the uncleanliness of the room.

All good except below
My wife went to the pool / beach area and was told the lounge chairs were for guests only. She said she was a guest & they gave her a chair. A liyyle time had passed & an attendent came over to my wife and asked her if shecwa a guest and said yes. The man then said the chair costs12 dollars. She said she was a guest as from her previous conversation and he then told her all guests have to pay 12 dollars or not use the chairs and she must get off the chair. My wife in her amazement hurried to get off the chair as she had not paid for the chair and hurt her toes trying to get out of the chair. I was amazed as we paid hundreds of $$$ a night & was then told after she was given a chair it cost 12 dollars. Something is really wrong with this picture don't you think.

Had a blast with friends! We enjoyed snorkeling near honu and floating in the lagoon-style pool. The hotel offers cool activities like hula lessons and lei making. Families can splash in the children's zone or challenge themselves in the deeper pool area. Perfect for some sun and fun!
We faced an issue with a staff member who was unhelpful when we needed assistance, which put a damper on our experience.

Nice views but pricey
Had a week here with my boyfriend. Great views and pool vibe, but the place is huge. Reminded me of we were just numbers, not special guests. The food prices are crazy, and parking is extra. Just don't count on easy beach chair access. Btw, enjoyed the bar's beyond burger, but honestly, the costs are nuts for what you get.

The views from my Ocean View King room were amazing, a highlight of the stay. I loved the lagoon-style pool and daily activities like hula lessons. They added a fun cultural element to the trip. Beach access was straightforward and perfect for a day of snorkeling. Although the service could have been better at times, the overall experience was enjoyable and nice.
